This year, Lithuania is also celebrating the twentieth anniversary of Harry Potter - in 2000, the bestseller was published in Lithuanian by the publishing house Alma littera.
The publishing house is celebrating the twentieth anniversary of the Potter series with a surprise for Harry Potter fans - all books in the series have been reprinted and have new covers. The modern covers for the books were created by the famous illustrator Jekaterina Budryte, according to a press release.
I’m a huge Harry Potter fan, I’ve read the books more than once. Being asked to create covers for my favorite book is like a gift from fate. I never would have dared to think that I would ever be able to touch this work myself.
